NarraVexa is an independent, early-stage project building an AI-assisted workspace for creators producing recurring characters and episodic short-form stories.
Problem
Creators currently move between writing tools, image generators, video tools and editing applications. Story continuity, character identity, asset tracking and production costs are difficult to manage across episodes.
Proposed Claude API use case
We plan to use Claude as a structured creative planning and orchestration layer: (1) transform a story premise into an audience-aware outline and hook; (2) produce a machine-readable character bible and continuity constraints; (3) generate eight ordered scene descriptions, narration, and visual prompts; (4) check new scenes against established character and story details; (5) generate structured JSON outputs that the production workspace can validate and track.
Why Claude
Long-context reasoning and structured generation are relevant to tracking recurring character details, revising scenes consistently and reducing repetitive manual work. We intend to evaluate quality, latency and token costs against simpler baselines before deploying an API integration.
Current implementation
We have a browser-based interactive workflow prototype for scene planning, character guidance, image attachments, review states and JSON export. A separate local desktop experiment can assemble supplied still images into an MP4. The public prototype does not invoke Claude API or generate AI motion video.
Next milestones
First, define validated JSON schemas and story consistency tests. Second, prototype Claude-assisted story and continuity generation with usage controls. Third, connect selected media providers where economically viable. Finally, test an end-to-end production workflow with a small creator cohort. Milestones are plans, not completed capabilities.
Responsible deployment
We plan to use per-project budgets, user review before expensive media generation, and transparent reporting of model/API usage. We will not represent AI-generated media as authentic documentary footage.
